STEM is a curriculum based on the idea of educating students in four specific disciplines: science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, in an interdisciplinary and applied approach. Rather than teach the four disciplines as separate, STEM integrates them into a cohesive learning paradigm based on real-world applications. Science education should just come from a book or computer software – its learning by DOING! Hands on!
AS4A is partnering with the Museum of Science and Discover, based in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Our students will benefit from many fun, hands-on, and educationally stimulating programs held in their mobile unit which will visit our campus as well field trips to their amazing location.
