Kindergarten
Physical Education: Curriculum includes body and special awareness; gymnastic movements; health related fitness; low organization games; manipulative activities ( ie, Alls, jump ropes, bean bags, etc.), fair play, group relays.
Taekwondo: The art of Taekwondo is a beautiful blend of kicking techniques, strong stance, and strategic in scoring points and breaking through your opponents defenses. Class includes basic exercises to build a foundation.
Yoga: These imaginative sessions encourage children to explore simple yoga poses with engaging songs related to nature and positive values. The class helps students to manage stress, enhance concentration and self-confidence through breathing, awareness, healthy movements, and meditation.
First Grade

Second Grade
