Come in and enroll in person by first calling (954) 999-5956.
Or simply Download the AS4A Application Form, complete, and email it to info@AS4A.org
Step 2
Submit your child’s academic records for the previous academic year.
Submit the Florida Immunization form. (An example can be found on the Immunization page)

Applicants must either currently be entering Kinder to 2nd grades or Florida Virtual School (FLVS) K-12 students.
All admission applications require a non-refundable administration fee
One Child=$150
Two Children=$250
Three or More=300
When there is still space available, AS4A offers a rolling admissions policy. Given the number of applications that we receive for Fall each year, we encourage families considering fall enrollment to submit an application as early as possible.
Yes! Two or more children enrolled then younger siblings receive a $500.00 credit on tuition.
Requests for financial assistance will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and as funds are available. All requests are kept strictly confidential. Applications for financial assistance for the 2021-2022 school year are available below.
