Come in and enroll in person by first calling (954) 999-5956.

Step 2
Submit your child’s academic records for the previous academic year.
Submit the Florida Immunization form. (An example can be found the on the Immunization page)

Step 3
Admissions testing is a required part of our admissions process. Testing can be scheduled once all required forms and documents have been submitted.

Step 4
Children may need to participate in auditions for music, dance, acting, and/or visual arts to demonstrate abilities and skills.
Post Test Expectations
Immediately following the testing, parents will meet with an Admissions Director for results and/or next steps. When an applicant is accepted for admission, the parents will receive an enrollment contract along with all pertinent enrollment documentation. In order to secure a spot, the contract must be executed and the appropriate deposit made.

Applicants must either currently be entering Kinder to 2nd grades or Florida Virtual School (FLVS) K-12 students.

When there is still space available, AS4A offers a rolling admissions policy. Given the number of applications that we receive for Fall each year, we encourage families considering fall enrollment to submit an application as early as possible.
Yes! Two or more children enrolled then younger siblings receive a $500.00 credit on tuition.
Requests for financial assistance will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and as funds are available. All requests are kept strictly confidential. Applications for financial assistance for the 2021-2022 school year are available below.
